Every Women’s Marathon - 2025
Returned as lead producer to deliver the 2025 Every Woman’s Marathon in a new host city, scaling the largest women’s-only marathon in the U.S. while improving flow, sponsor integration, and guest experience. Led end-to-end physical production across the race course, expo, and finish-line festival, overseeing site layouts, vendor scopes, power, show flow, and on-site execution from load-in through strike. Served as the main point of contact between client, creative, fabrication, and operations teams to keep all partners aligned. Managed sponsor activations and deliverables, built the staffing plan, and led on-site teams and vendors across all event zones. Oversaw programming schedules, swag logistics, and budget management, delivering a cohesive, on-brand experience within a $3M budget. The event concluded with a headline performance by Sierra Ferrell.
The Milk Cup - 2025
Returned to scale The Milk Cup into a national gaming platform at San Diego TwitchCon, expanding the experience to three times its original footprint and budget. Led production strategy and on-site execution for a multi-zone, immersive brand environment designed to drive fan and creator engagement. Oversaw all physical production, vendor coordination, and cross-agency alignment across creative, talent, and broadcast teams. Delivered a fully integrated experience featuring a milkshake bar activation, photo tunnel, Canned Milk “Energy Zone,” and a custom interactive game celebrating player energy and community. Built systems to manage higher attendance and creator traffic while maintaining brand consistency, operational efficiency, and sponsor deliverables across all touchpoints.
Swole Santa - 2025
Produced the first-ever Swole Santa Contest in Brooklyn, NY—an original live event reimagining holiday culture through a fitness lens. Hosted by Mary Beth Marone, the competition searched for NYC’s strongest, most “protein-jacked” Santa through a series of custom strongman challenges. The event drew over 500 attendees and featured interactive elements including a hot chocolate bar and live crowd engagement. Social content from the event reached more than 6 million views on TikTok, extending the experience far beyond the live audience.
Fogo de Chão x Houston Texans x No Kid Hungry Community Weekend Pop-Up - 2025
Concepted, sold, and produced a multi-brand community partnership between Fogo de Chão, the Houston Texans, and No Kid Hungry, uniting sports, hospitality, and philanthropy in a purpose-driven activation. Developed the sponsorship strategy and secured NFL wide receiver Braxton Berrios as the headline talent partner. Led all aspects of execution, from creative and program design to partner negotiations, staffing, vendors, and on-site production. Delivered a three-day pop-up featuring youth games, a football skills clinic, and food and monetary donations, while managing stakeholders across corporate, sports, and nonprofit teams to ensure seamless execution and lasting partnerships.
Every Women’s Marathon - 2024
Served as lead producer for the inaugural 2024 Every Woman’s Marathon, establishing the production foundation. Led physical production across the race course, expo, and finish-line festival, translating creative concepts into executable plans across teams and vendors. Managed sponsor activations for Shamrock, Rabbit, and Healy, ensuring seamless integration into the runner journey. Directed swag sourcing and fulfillment for 5,000 runners and 20,000+ spectators. Produced a full day of live programming—including wellness activations, community performances, panels, and a headline concert by Natasha Bedingfield—while maintaining timelines, brand standards, and budget.
The Milk Cup - 2024
Launched The Milk Cup at Los Angeles Comic Con as MilkPEP’s first major entry into gaming and esports culture. Produced a large-scale experiential Fortnite tournament, including a Milk-branded gaming arena, free-play lounge, and live competition stage. Led creative development and physical production while coordinating across production, creative, talent, and broadcast partners. Drove on-site content capture and creator engagement, delivering a high-energy debut that established the platform for national expansion.
Toronto Blue Jays x Enercare Stadium Experiential Activation | 2024
Launched Enercare’s first-ever live experiential activation through a three-week pop-up inside a Major League Baseball stadium, introducing the brand to thousands of fans in a high-traffic, premium sports environment. Owned end-to-end program delivery, including creative concepting, fabrication, staffing, union labor coordination, permitting, location management, sweepstakes compliance, and personalized swag, all while operating within a lean, efficiency-driven budget. The activation featured a branded, interactive throwing game with instant swag rewards and a digital sweepstakes funnel to drive awareness and lead capture. The program delivered measurable impact, generating a 20% increase in website traffic during the activation window. Due to the strong performance and high client satisfaction, this first-time engagement converted into a long-term partnership, securing a two-year contract and 10 additional activations.

Produced a week-long Milk activation for the 2023 New York Marathon, spanning multiple touchpoints across the runner journey. The program included an expo activation, branded swag giveaway, cheer squad, shakeout runs, social content campaign, out-of-home placements, and a post-race recovery lounge featuring a live performance by Janelle Monáe. Milk x Vidcon Fortnite “Zany Zipline” Tournament - 2023
Produced a first-of-its-kind Fortnite map built entirely around zip lines for Milk’s tournament at VidCon 2023. The activation included a branded booth for players and participants, prize giveaways, and an immersive chocolate milk experience, creating a high-energy gaming environment that blended digital play with physical brand engagement.
@GonnaNeedMilk and EWM National Industry Travel Campaign - 2023, 2024, 2025
Owned and scaled a national experiential program for @GonnaNeedMilk and Every Woman’s Marathon, managing 63 marathon activations across 34 cities over 2.5 years as the sole program lead. Directed all strategy, production, budgeting, and execution across every market, overseeing $12.5K–$40K per-event budgets, fabrication, staffing, logistics, travel, and on-site delivery while maintaining consistent, high-quality brand execution at scale. Built direct relationships with city partners and local dairy councils, customizing each activation to local needs while protecting brand standards and sponsor goals. Grew the #TeamMilk community from zero to 85,000 members through on-site engagement, data capture, and fan-first experiences, turning a traveling event series into a measurable, long-term brand platform.
Boston Marathon x OOFOS Retail Pop-Up Activation - 2023
Produced a week-long experiential partnership inside the OOFOS pop-up during the Boston Marathon, featuring a Twitter-automated vending machine that dispensed chocolate milk to drive engagement and in-store dwell time. Built the partnership from the ground up and established a long-term sponsorship relationship that extended the program for two additional years.
Milk x Local Shakeout Run Series National Community Run Campaign - 2024, 2025
Produced a two-year national community run series for Milk, hosting 23 local shakeout runs across 19 cities in partnership with run clubs to promote Every Woman’s Marathon. Built and managed strategic brand partnerships with Fleet Feet, Rabbit, and Trailblazers to drive turnout, amplification, and in-kind support. Led on-site execution and community engagement, consistently delivering 200+ participant events timed around each city’s major marathon.
