EXPERIENTIAL PRODUCTION

Every Women’s Marathon - 2025

Produced the second annual Every Woman’s Marathon in Scottsdale, AZ—the largest women’s-only marathon in the United States. Oversaw all physical production across the expo, race course, and finish festival, serving as the key liaison between the creative team, fabrication partners, and the client. Initiated and nurtured major sponsorship relationships, including our dairy partner Shamrock, apparel partner Rabbit, and recovery partner Healy. Managed the sourcing, execution, and ordering of all swag items for 5K runners and 20K spectators. Developed and scheduled all event programming—from hair braiding activations and yoga sessions to cheer squad performances, live panels, and musical acts—culminating in a headline festival performance by Grammy-winning artist Sierra Ferrell. Led staffing oversight and on-site team management throughout the event.

The Milk Cup - 2025

Produced the second annual Milk Cup — a national Fortnite tournament and experiential gaming event for MilkPEP, engaging thousands of fans both in-person and online. Led production strategy, creative development, and cross-agency collaboration to deliver a free-play area three times larger than the inaugural event, complete with a milkshake bar, photo experience tunnel, canned milk energy zone, and a custom interactive game designed to celebrate player energy and community.

Every Women’s Marathon - 2024

Produced the inaugural Every Woman’s Marathon in Savannah, GA — the largest women’s-only marathon in the country. Directed cross-functional teams to execute course operations, expo experience, and sponsor activations, while developing strategic brand partnerships and producing the finish-line festival with live entertainment by Natasha Bedingfield.

Milk Cup - 2024

Produced the inaugural Milk Cup — a national Fortnite tournament and experiential gaming activation for MilkPEP, debuting at Comicon LA. Led end-to-end production, creative development, and cross-agency collaboration to launch the brand’s first major gaming presence, featuring a competitive tournament, free-play lounge, custom-built Milk-branded arena, and on-site content capture that engaged thousands of fans and creators both in-person and online.
